In this video, Jada talks about how she found it difficult to concentrate on her studies when she got home, because she still felt anxious and 'trapped' by her ICU experience. She found talking to her friends and family helpful. She also used drawing and art as therapy to help distract her from these unpleasant feelings, which then allowed her to focus on study.
