British Red Cross at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospital

British Red Cross works at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospital and offer a range of services including support at home, help getting home from hospital, wheelchair loans and help finding other services and support. Our service aims to help you recover and prevent you going back into hospital. We will do this by settling you back home, helping you to access longer-term support if needed and by working with appropriate medical and social care staff.
